Out-of-Town Members

FSF members who are not based in the Auckland region and must travel to the conference are eligible for an Out-of-Town discount of $100 per conference registration. This means Full Registration will cost $450 +GST, and Conference Day Only $300 + GST.

Full Registration

Full Registration includes access to all conference sessions, as well as pre-conference tea and coffee, morning/afternoon teas and the conference luncheon. Eight hours of CPD points are available.

Full Registration also includes entry to the Avanti Cocktail Hour and the Gala Dinner and Crediting Excellence Awards.

Conference Day Only

Conference Day Only registration includes access to all conference sessions, as well as pre-conference tea and coffee, morning/afternoon teas and the conference luncheon.

Gala Dinner Only

Gala Dinner Only tickets provides your entry to the Avanti Cocktail Hour and the Awards Dinner, including a three-course dinner with New Zealand beer and wine.

DELEGATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices quoted above exclude GST and are in New Zealand dollars. Submitting a non-member expression of interest form does not guarantee attendance, FSF will confirm with successful applicants with an email and invoice.
Non-payment of your registration fee prior to the conference may result in non-admittance.
Delegates and attendees of the Gala Dinner are subject to the health and safety policy as well as any other rules and regulations stipulated by the venue. Delegate names and emails may be shared by FSF to the principle Gala Dinner sponsor. Attendees are responsible for making their own transport arrangements to and from the venue safely. FSF supports responsible consumption of alcohol. Any delegate who has concerns for their safety, or that of another delegate’s, must inform an FSF and/or Rydges staff member. Photos and videos taken at this event may be featured on FSF’s website and other media including social, print and press.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellation must be received in writing to sbentley@fsf.org.nz. At any stage a replacement delegate can be nominated if you are unable to attend, please inform an FSF staff member. Cancellations received prior to 21 September will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $100.
Cancellations received between September 22 and the October 2 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received on or after October 3 will not receive a refund.
